SteamGG provides Steam profile analysis, community scoring, leaderboards, and related gaming statistics services. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Our service analyzes publicly available Steam profile information to provide insights and community features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• No account registration is required to use basic features of SteamGG
• For payment processing (supporter subscriptions), you must provide valid contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service (16+ for payment features in the EU)
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making payments

4. Supporter Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Supporter: £1.00/month - Basic supporter features and badge
• Founder: £15.00/month - Premium features, golden badge, and priority placement

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of supporter benefits

5. User Content and Conduct

You may contribute content to our Service, including tags, ratings, and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Barrass Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
